I saw the movie Idiocracy a couple months ago. It was interesting and humorous at times, but the implausibility of it was a little high. We should be able to laugh at ourselves and the outrageous real life circumstances we're often in. So the comparison of Trump to Camacho brought a smile to my face even though the whole world is a stage and I think the clown show is beginning.
Well, what did you expect after four years of "Weekend at Bernies" that we lived through? Would we have been better with Kamala Harris? (Admittedly, she would have been slightly less awful than the choice we had in 2016 with Hillary Clinton.)
The voters didn't have much of a choice. We had to play the hand we were dealt, not the one we might have wished for.
At any rate, we will see if things are better or if we just go back to endless gridlock until the next rising star.
Well, It was a bit over the top, even by Trump standards. Though, not quite as bad as the "Hope and Change" of the Obama years. One thing for sure, is there is some actual hope and possibility of change. Let's hope (haha) he is more successful than his first term
