US election results have been manipulated since the advent of electronic machines linked to the Internet. We have only our elected officials to blame for allowing them to control us and using our tax dollars to do so.

C19 was a test run for blatant manipulation and spineless courts including SCOTUS with collective "no standing" obfuscation.

The USA we do dearly loved and fought for us now the USSA.

Government is a disease bearing amoeba of ill repute sucking you dry with taxes, fees and regulations and now your freedoms.

And not just federal....state, county , city and village as well.

From the beach....

Just saw this on X: https://x.com/BehizyTweets/status/1848512585626239476

>>Voters in Tarrant County, Texas are reporting that the voting machines are flipping their votes from Trump to Kamala Harris

The voters are urging everyone else to check their printed ballots before submitting them.<<

I also voted yesterday in a Dallas suburb. I observed exactly the same things you did. I've had very low expectations of this being a fair election, especially after watching this:

At 77 I've voted in a fair number of elections. I no longer feel like my vote has any meaning at all. Years ago a substantial percentage of residents in our town voted to stop converting a popular soccer field into part of a massive highway. The vote was overwhelmingly in our favor, but after the election was over it was revealed that the decision had already been made prior to voting, and the highway went in. That seems to be the new normal. Paraphrasing the saying in the Soviet Union (We pretend to work and they pretend to pay us.), we pretend our vote counts, and they make sure it doesn't.

Thanks for your comments, Jim. 'The Big Con' is truly disturbing. I had it in my mind when I walked in yesterday and it was in part why I asked about the machines and how they function.

What a sad state of affairs we find ourselves in.

For the first time in my adult life I am not casting a vote. The realization that the system falls short of nothing more than a selection for the people and not a vote by the people has become so glaringly obvious to me that I cannot in good conscience bring myself to polls.

I serve one master and His name is not on that ballot. Every time I have started to waver in this decision I am reminded to be like KΔ›pha β€œthe rock”. I will stand firm on my foundation and it is brining me much peace.

Good for you, Sommer. I was definitely leaning hard in the same direction, but after seeing the direction things are headed I felt like maybe, just maybe, if my vote matters at all, it might be the feather that tips the scales, especially down ballot.

I’ve come to the same conclusion as you have. Last spring I ordered custom-designed t-shirts depicting a monkey with a banana on a throne in the Whitehouse with Banana Republic in bold print. I wear them frequently now. Thanks for the reference to the rock…I needed that today.

The general election is basically just a victory lap. All the real contention was during the primary election when all those unopposed Democrats were chosen. It is a rare thing that there are Republican candidates that are viable for some races. For the most part, the Republican-Democrat division started out as just a way for anyone to get on the ballot at all that were excluded from the power structure of the local Democratic Machine. It was easier to get on the ballot as a Republican than go up against the machine.

The real contention isn't for the big statewide or national races. The hot races are the local elections, especially the school boards.

My favorite ice cream is homemade vanilla. I know what is in it and where those ingredients came from (Frappe and Chino are girls that provided the cream!!!). Too bad voting is not that open and honest! Thanks for the insights…..
