I am having a hard time of feeling sympathy for a generation that voted themselves free shit from the government for 60 years kicking the can down the road to the ever dwindling numbers of children and grand children to foot the bill, and having 60 years to save and invest money for their old age during the most prosperous time in human history. While also being children of parents that went through WWII and The Great Depression not learning one single lesson of the dangers in trusting your future and welfare to the government. Maggy even told them in the 80's that they would eventually run out of other peoples money. You would think a brit would know better than everyone else, the piper will be paid.

I watched CBC news last week and they were critical of Trudeau's govt, first time in 9 years, I was shocked. Seeing Pierre Poilievre ascension on the horizon, they decided to suddenly wake up and start doing their job, some how everyone will forget the horrenzdous journalism of the past 9 years. In the UK perhaps the opposition party should start threating to privatize the BBC, doing so might jar them a bit.

After 9 years they were brave enough to criticize their backers; a government intent on using taxpayer money to bribe, censor, and control the masses. Too little too late I'm afraid. Trust is gone. Credibility is gone. Damage has been done. They may try to forget what happened, but we won't. To move forward we need to reject this model of media capture, and take away their power and influence. I pay for news now and question everything. I donate to alternate platforms spreading the truth and making a difference. It's not just me, the world is slowly waking up inch by inch, day by day. I don't think we will ever forget the covid atrocities and we shouldn't.

It seems that the UK and most of Europe are on a collision course with disaster, largely due to focus on "green" energy. There's plenty of that here, as well. Just recall the massive glut of EVs in Chicago last winter that couldn't be charged due to the temperature. The time to think about alternative energy was at least 50 years ago. Now the world is desperately trying to find the "Hail Mary" solution before it all falls apart. It looks like the best hope the UK has is Kemi Badenoch, who is along the lines of Margaret Thatcher.

I will pray for all those elderly of the U.K. who are not receiving assistance with fuel to heat their homes this winter because of hard hearted utilitarians in the British government, especially Keir Starmer. I guess he figures since these people are in the last years of their lives and are not as "productive" as others they don't deserve even the bare bones essentials of even heating their homes. Out of sight, out of mind. Reminds me of the same way the pre-born are treated. I hope the majority of British citizens play this song constantly all winter any way they can!
